Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the RecioHomes website or requesting a home insurance quote through it means these terms are accepted in full. If any part is not agreed to, the website should not be used.

2. Scope of the Service

The website provides home insurance guidance and a way to request a quote shaped around a specific property. It does not by itself create a binding insurance contract.

• Quote requests are reviewed before any coverage is offered.
• Coverage takes effect only once a policy is issued by a carrier.
• Guidance provided is general and not a substitute for the policy wording itself.

3. Quotes and Coverage

A quote reflects the property details provided at the time of the request. Limits, premiums, and terms may change if the information is incomplete, inaccurate, or updated later.

The issued policy document governs what is and is not covered, and it takes precedence over any summary shown on the website.

4. Account Responsibilities

Account credentials must be kept confidential. Activity that takes place under an account is the responsibility of the account holder, and any suspected unauthorized use should be reported promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

The website may not be used to submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data without authorization.

• Submitting accurate property and contact information.
• Refraining from automated scraping or disruptive activity.
• Using the website only for lawful, personal insurance purposes.

6. Communications Consent

Where consent is given during signup, service and promotional messages may be sent regarding a home insurance inquiry. Consent is optional and not a condition of obtaining a quote or coverage. Replying STOP ends future messages, and replying HELP requests support.

7. Intellectual Property

The text, layout, and visual elements of the website are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

8. Disclaimers

The website and its guidance are provided on an as available basis without warranties of any kind. Reasonable effort is made to keep information accurate, but completeness or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Coverage disputes are governed by the issued policy and applicable law.
